How often can I buy Costco ones online again? I think I waited 2 weeks to buy them again got cancelled.

Two weeks, you can buy again on the 15th day. Primary user and 2nd Household user are also independent of each other and have separate limits.

Anyone else keep getting "Internal error. Please try again later." when trying to check out? I tried on FF and Chrome and cleared cache/cookies. This happened a couple weeks ago when I tried for another GC deal.

Thanks, do you know if I try to buy in in under 2 weeks and got it canceled, does it "reset" and I have to wait 2 weeks again? Also, are the physical cards back in the clubs?

Attempts do not extend the timer. I haven't seen them return to any clubs, but I wouldn't be surprised to see at least a temporary display appear for the holidays.
