Stay away from Eufy/Anker. Constantly releasing unvetted app updates that make the hardware unusable. Unlike their surveillance hardware, this vacuum will save you the chore of dumping it in the trash by "self-disposing itself".

bought this on the last deal. First one showed up and I think the battery was dead? They sent me a return box / replacement and that one has been rock solid, pretty good object detection and gets stuck less than the older non-lidar irobot vacuums.

I've a great experience with Eufy. This is too cheap of a model though.

My old 15C max has been running strong for 6.5 years. The side brush motor was replaced once (for $20). This will be a nice upgrade. I can relgate the old one to the basement.Thanks OP.

I've had an L50 for 3yrs, it's solid. But I paid $110 for a refurb unit (not self-emptying), and this was 3yrs ago. Also keep in mind that it doesn't really have obstacle avoidance, and it's technically not supposed by Eufy anymore because it's such an old model. But it runs fine without Internet and the app. But they had the C20 for roughly this price a few months ago and I might hold out for that again if you're seriously considering this price range.
