About this item:
  • The All-New Mighty2: The next generation of Wirecutter's Top Pick air purifier. The Mighty2 (AP-1512N) is highly efficient, designed to purify spaces up to 900 ft² in just 30 minutes, or 1,800 ft² in 60 minutes. (CADR: Dust 242, Smoke 240, Pollen 249)
  • IEST-RP-CC007 Standard Certified HEPA: Features an upgraded 3-stage filtration system including a washable pre-filter and a 2-in-1 HEPA & Active Carbon Max2 filter. It effectively reduces up to 99.97% of airborne particles as small as 0.3 microns, including pollen, pollutants, dust, smoke, pet dander, and other allergens. It also reduces more than 99.5% of volatile organic compounds and fumes such as NH3 and CH3CHO.
  • Megascan Laser Sensor: Accurately detects a full spectrum of particles (PM1, PM2.5, PM10) in real-time. The intuitive LED color indicator and precise numerical display let you instantly see your current indoor air quality at a glance.
  • All-in-One Smart Mode:Set it to Smart Mode and let the purifier take care of the rest, automatically adjusting airflow speed based on real-time air quality. When the air is clean, Eco-Mode is activated, automatically switching to energy-saving mode. When the room gets dark, the built-in light sensor triggers Sleep Mode for whisper-quiet operation (as low as 19 dB), ensuring undisturbed rest. It runs at maximum of just 56W, consuming 20% less energy than the previous model.
  • Precise Filter Life Indicator: Take the guesswork out of maintenance. The advanced digital display shows the exact remaining lifespan (100% down to 0%) for both the washable Pre-filter and Max2 Filter. You will know exactly when it's time to replace the Max2 filter (B0GXC2WN3M) or simply wash the Pre-filter once it hits 0%, ensuring optimal air quality at all times.

Dead in less than an hour, just like last time. Sounds like this is just an ad to purchase on their website, which still has the discount.

Fwiw, I bought this and so far am not impressed. Night mode still has a light on (really?) and the fan basically turns off at night, which is exactly when I want it to run.
I got one just now. Pretty sure this is an all-time low price. I was hoping this would come up on sale during this 'prime big deal days' sale.. my ~6yr old Winnix has developed a bearing whirr and I haven't brought myself to try to fix it yet (it's not easy, and it's potentially destructive).

RE: Light - you realise there's a dedicated light button on the Mighty2, separate from sleep mode, right?

People complained about the light on the OG Mighty all the time, apparently never bothering to read the manual or even just read & comprehend the text on the button panel (says "(LIGHT 3s)" under the Ionization button).

How did you get the price? It's literally showing full price for me and someone else I linked it too.

As far as that light - yes, you can turn the light off at night, but then all the lights are always off, including the day. It's pointless. I checked with coway and they confirmed that's exactly how it works.

And it is basically turned off at night
All the auto .does have big flaws.

It's a "Save $81 at checkout" promo - the discounted price isn't visible until you go to check out

This deal has appeared so many times, I'm going to call it a iPod shuffle instead of nano.

I can't speak highly of the quality although their warranty support is excellent. My Airmega 1 was defective and would shut off after just a few minutes, but they were quick to ship a replacement.

Winix C909 vs Mighty2? I've been using 3 of the first generation Mighty units for almost 10 years. They're getting a little rickety but we've been happy for the most part.

The C909 seems iike a better buy at $200.

Have 3 mighty 1s and a 300. Going to ride them all until they have issues or filters become impossible to find. I'll grab a Mighry2 ( 3+) then.
