Someone on Reddit did a test involving hundreds of different cards and different manufacturers. He basically did a torture test on them continuously writing data until they fail. Some high endurance cards actually test worse than regular cards. Sandisk seemed to be the worst brand, even their endurance rated cards. Worth checking it out and make the decision for yourself

I bought a PNY 1tb pro elite card for my Nintendo Switch and one week later it stopped working. That was the 1st and last time time I bought a PNY product.

just luck, I have about 10 of them in various sizes and they all work fine for years. The 512gb Pro Elite is in my MSI Claw and has some of the best speeds I have ever gotten from an SDcard
