Hamilton Beach has absolutely the worst customer service and tries to do everything in their power to deny you warranty, despite their cheap and faulty wiring almost causing fires. Would avoid this brand.

I actually had a super positive experience with Hamilton Beach last year....my bread maker's bread pan's non-stick coating started peeling off; I emailed them along with the proof of purchase and pics....they sent me a whole brand new bread maker which is the newest and better model.
