I picked up the 420 used for about $150 and it's been great for my needs. It doesn't support Dolby Vision, but I wasn't too concerned with that since I wanted the better upscaling in exchange since I still buy and own quite a few Blu-Rays. Plus my TV isn't OLED and doesn't upscale much if any.
The 450 supports dolby vision but doesn't have the same chip for HDR optimization or upscaling.

At this point, that's likely a Sony player.
Drawback, glitch issues are hit n miss & DV is manual on/off.
Panasonic are considered better but cost more especially if you want DV option.
