I was going to start my post with "no one claimed this was a health food", but then realized that they do market these as a healthy choice. Healthier than a Snickers, for sure. But I agree, hardly a health food. And if you treat it like a snack, they do "suck less" than a lot of other options. Given that, I like having something like this occassionally--especially if I am doing something where I want a little carb-kick.
