Based on my research, yes. It's $379.99 on the MHPOWOS website, and also on Amazon. The lowest Amazon has had it for in the last year is $279.99.

So this deal is about 25% lower than Amazon's best price, which was 11 months ago.

But is it a good solar panel? I was going to grab the Anker Solix S2000 since we get frequent scheduled power outages in Southern California. Will mostly use house electricity to charge it up, but would love to grab a portable solar panel if it's any good as well.

User ratings for this model: Walmart 4.9/5, AliExperss 4.9/5, Amazon 4.2/5.

Campingsolar website review says it's a "Game changer": https://www.campingsolar.us/mhpow...el-review/

I personally think you can not go wrong with Anker. That is what I always buy. I just do not trust Alli. Just my opinion though. Anker has never failed me to the point where I search for their product when I go to buy. You can always find products cheaper, however, if it does not hold up, you spent more money instead of saving money. Plus, what happens if it goes out when you need it most.

Looks like the wind will blow it away. No straps or provisions for sandbags or stakes?

... This is horrendous advice. Buying by brand can only help you so much. If you buy a car or a fridge, yes, the quality that follows the brand has significant value.

This is a solar panel. It's like buying a fork. Either it can do the job or it can't. It's not like it's going to fail out of nowhere.

They are pretty heavy. This one is 40lbs, will take a bit of wind to blow it away.
