If you're expecting this to be Ninja quality, you'll be disappointed. Cheap components and weirdly inconsistent cooking temps. We ended up returning it and getting the Ninja equivalent instead, which was a MILLION times better.

How so? How did you verify what temps were consistent and not consistent?
I have bought Bella air fryers and a skillet, and the nonstick coating on the bottoms of both completely peeled off. Some of that coating ended up mixed in with my food, and I'm concerned that I may have unknowingly consumed quite a bit of it.
I also use vinegar on meat, and I suspect that the combination of vinegar, seeping grease from the meat, and extreme heat may have contributed to or accelerated the deterioration of the coating. I especially like the spicy grease mixed with bits of melted meat that collect at the bottom of the air fryer, and I sometimes eat it because it's actually very tasty. That makes me even more concerned about how much of the deteriorated coating I may have consumed.
Because of this experience, I have decided not to buy any BB or Bella kitchen products anymore. I'm now looking for a glass air fryer and a new skillet and will simply get rid of these BB Bella products.
Do glass airfryers have those bottom restrainers also nonstick coating or they are some other material that won't peel off?

It depends on the individual model. They're usually Teflon/PTFE (most significant health concerns), ceramic (healthier/safer but more likely to chip with metal utensils, drops, etc), or aluminum (not non-stick and hard to clean).
Costway says this air fryer is PTFE-free, so it's likely a ceramic-coated insert.
