if you can wait that means you don't need it now, so don't buy it

Oh wow . You scored both the deals ? I saw both 13 & 15" deals . It was very tempting & I was resisting it hard not to pull the trigger on both . I It was such a nice deal . Corrections: I got the 15 inch sky blue for $1150 and did not go for the 13 inch .
nice deal

The Black Friday is less than 2 months away, wait and see if there is a better deal?

Why are people here asking about previous better deals? Daydreaming? Nostalgia? It's a good laptop. Buy it if you need it, but definitely not if you just want it. A lot of computing devices are turning into luxury items (meaning they now rarely go on sale). Black Friday is right around the corner.

Why'd you return it? Did you not like something in particular about it?
Bad consumer. They're the bane of our economy.

When did Apple make a m5 16/256 config? Was this an education model or something?
