My only concern is that it's from AE, never ordered anything from them before.

The price is very good, in the current market. The CPU is fine for your use but the GPU will be limited to very light gaming --plenty of Youtube reviews, if you want more details about what you can expect. You can't do better than this at this price.

I would not recommend using the factory installed operating system, you never know what they did, could be perfectly clean but why risk it. Make sure you install a fresh clean copy of Windows or Linux,
