The vacuum holds? I'm trying to loom for one that works. The one I tried loses the vacuum after a day.

Used mine over the weekend and they hold their vacuum well. Was able to dramatically reduce the old crap piled on shelves that we are saving for the kids.

Keep in mind to never compress your comforters to maximum compression. Over time, the crushed filling will lose its loft and no longer keep you warm. The filling works by trapping air inside the comforter which serves as an insulator. If the filling no longer has loft, the comforter will be too thin and won't trap much air. This is true for jackets and coats with filling, and even pillows. Some claim that you can restore the loftiness by tossing the comforter around in a dryer at low heat.

I do like that one because the pump is corded but this has 4 more bag for $2 more. I like a corded pump more because it's so seldomly used that having to charge it before use each season is a hassle. Furthermore, rechargeable batteries degrade over time. Once batteries don't hold a charge the pump is useless.

This variant of your deal seems like the best value. 18 bags for $13. And surprisingly, it's barely on sale at only 5% off. The only thing I'd prefer is a corded pump.

I don't see one with a corded pump. Please post link.

Here it is. Based on the photo, it has a cord. And you're in luck, it's currently 67% off, or $8.49 with SS.
