There is a reason why people are buying 3rd party kits instead of buying Bandai. People had enough of the recycled designs with skyhigh prices. The end is near for Bandai.

How is this recycled? RG kit for this is fairly recent and comes with a lot of gimmick that wasn't there before. KO models are mediocre at best, unless you really like long, sharp, and spike design, since they all look like that. Not to mention the plastic type on them are typically ABS and easily break and loose. Most of the time you need to sand the peg to fit, or you risking it to break, or hell fingers. The only decent one out there is SNAA with their design, but still not on par with Bandai's fit and finish.

It really depends on the kit. There's a difference between KO and third party. The higher end third party kits can often be better because they aren't limited to the same budget restraints that the official kits are.

That said, it's still better to research kits individually for quality issues.

This kit in particular is well known for being a high quality upgrade compared to the HG version of the same Gundam. The RG line of 1/144 kits started out flawed but improved a lot and this Wing Zero kit is often in the top 10 for official kits at this scale.
