I bought refurbished ones of these for $130. It was really bad for the price. The noise cancellation was not very good. The earpiece was big and bulky. It kept falling out and always landed hard on the ground. I really wanted to like it since it arrived practically brand new but it sucked. That's my experience with these.
Recently purchased the XM5s on clearance ~$115. Have several wireless earbuds I can compare them to (Apple AirPods Pro 1, AirPods Pro 3, Powerbeats Pro 2, Google Pixel Buds).
If you can get a good fit, they sound pretty good. But for the life of me, tried all the sizes of the silicon/foam tips, requested additional from Sony, and cannot consistently get a good seal. So YMMV - I'd recommend just getting AirPods Pro 3 and calling it a day.
I got these refurbed for 110$ and my wife has air pod 2 pros. The air pods have better noise canceling, but the airpods just fall out of my ears. I think the sound is better on these though. These are probably the best at noise cancelling outside of Bose or Apple. 200$ is a bit steep. For 100$ I'd buy them again.

Try these - a whole new technology, 98% as good as the industry benchmark flagship and only $46:
I use these inside a helmet. These are tiny and the best out there - IF YOU GET A GOOD SEAL. Airpods, all of them, are terrible with helmets. I have the Pro 3 and the 4 with ANC. Nope. Bose are still the best, but they are too bulky for helmets. The XM5 have better ANC but are too bulky for helmets. So there's that.
I have somehow huge ear canals, and I got 14mm ear tips from Final, type E, size LL. These are the only tips that make these amazing.
However I got mine refurb for 130, like new. And I want an extra pair, but not at this price.
