Ehh... It might not be so bad. I bought one of these in the 6x4 variety for $100 two years ago. At that size, it's completely fine and works well. It showed up in one box.
This one will probably be 5 or more and they will be pretty heavy.
Here's the crappy stuff to know:
It's a ton of assembly. So many screws and panels. They all come with cellophane like plastic covering the entirety of each side. It's SOOOOOO much. It's satisfying to peel off but it's also work.
It doesn't have a bottom. It does have an metal bottom trim the side panels slot into.
It absolutely relies on a level bottom for the doors to function and align the roof/corners during assembly.
I think that's about it.
edit: oh yeah, the instructions suck and it seems it probably comes in double the boxes I thought.
I also didn't have any problems with rain despite not doing anything to seal it. The vents could definitely let rain in though, I just think where mine is located probably keeps horizontal rain hitting it to a minimum.
