Pretty decent deal. Such a small difference in price between good, very good, and excellent.

Anything bad about this deal? Everything looks pretty good but I'm still suspicious

Yeah - waiting for delivery for s25u (256GB) for 1285 that came with buds 4 pro and 2 sets of Samsung screen protectors.

After s23 died I'm wary on refurb now if they gamed a lot on it shortening the cpu life (don't want to reball my s23). I kept it on lowest cpu setting too for heat management.

There's always a (?) on refurbs. I've gotten an "excellent" one with earwax in the earpiece, only visible under magnification... it was very gross. I have no idea why the owner had that much earwax.

Any clue if this is the us version vs global?

Of course I ordered even before asking the question.

Pretty common occurrence it seems (look up reball and s23 with boot loop and total shutdown)

This is US version. One sim instead of dual and support less languages in system/menu.

I'll bite. I can't catch every stellar deal here where you gotta play Frogger with the requirements to get the deal. Coming from a S22 plus, 256gb memory, with notorious battery issues, even on battery saver. I deserve a break from that. I went with Excellent condition.

Been waiting to replace my s22 ultra since I broke the screen and replaced it with a shitty aftermarket one. The battery life has always been bad but especially atrocious now. I wonder if bf will get any better than this. I doubt you'll see much more than 50 lower if at all

Of course I ordered even before asking the question.
The Samsung Galaxy S25 USA variant includes specific mmWave and low-band frequencies, such as n71, as well as mmWave bands 257, 258, 260, and 261. The global/international version supports a wider range of Sub-6 GHz bands, including n28 and n78, but generally does not support high-frequency mmWave. T-Mobile: n41 + n71 + n25/n2 + n77, Verizon: n77 + n5/n2/n66 + mmWave, AT&T: n77 + n5/n2/n66
So if the Global S25 you're considering has n28 and n78 but is missing n71/n41/n77, that's a much bigger concern for US use than simply not having mmWave.
A few generations ago, the global version of the Galaxy S series used Samsung's Exynos chipset, while the USA and Japan versions used Qualcomm Snapdragon chipsets. Now, both the USA and global versions use the same chipset, so the main differences are the supported network bands and regional configurations.

Pixel's CPU/GPU fall far behind the SnapDragon in other Android phones.
