For this price, this is a good camera. Experience comes using this camera in car for daytime driving. Front camera is good, the rear camera is average. You'd have to go to higher price point ($150 above) for a rear camera that has Starvis 2 sensor with good day and night visibility.

Is no one else concerned that the glue on these dash cams will inevitably make them fall off the windshield during summer? How do you guys handle this certainty? I only use dashcams that have adapter that can hook on the rearview mirror but this is the second design (I even had to return the last dash cam I bought) because they are not designed for the adapter hooks.

I have one failed previously. I replaced the OEM tape with Scotch Mount Extreme Double-Sided Mounting Tape. It has not failed for the past 4 years.
