I'm sorry, I should've have made it more explicit there is no global availability. Overlooked that because I thought it was obvious that fresh grocery store (Amazon Fresh) doesn't deliver everywhere. Apologies!
Are we expecting every deal to be available everywhere in the world now? Or else it must be downvoted? When downvoting, keep in mind that people who would be able to take advantage won't see it. Does that make sense? Many times coupons are localized I don't get upset because of that.

So yes, "everyone" should include more than just Amazon Fresh customers for a specific location

So weird. What are you trying to say? That Amazon Fresh is rare and specific to some location? No, not really.
Amazon Fresh has locations in 2,300+ U.S. cities & towns. Just to make a point I found a list of some locations, but that's just ~ 2% of all U.S. cities where they have presence. Two percent.
