The DollarDomino code is dead. The code can be added to cart and appear to give a discount, but no orders can be placed.
Note: Althoguh the code is dead and was never intended to be used by everyone, a couple of people have reported being able to use the $1 Domino deal if it appears in your Rewards/Deals section. If it shows up there, click on the deal to use it. That is for users who placed an order from Dominos during the previous week.

Did you already make a recent purchase? Is anyone who hasn't made a recent purchase able to place an order for the $1 deal? I get the code to apply and show the discount, but I'm unable to place an order. I tried an immediate order, an advance for tomorrow and one for next week … both cash and credit, but nothing works. It says that a technical error has occurred when I hit the "place order" button. I've even tried a couple different locations nearby and both logged in and also a guest checkout. Are others getting orders to go through?

Yeah, I didn't expect it to work yet either, but I got the impression that a couple of people got orders through successfully already. I guess the discussion was just about regular orders this week and not actually getting this deal to work yet … I thought maybe someone was getting orders to go through at the $1 price already.
That's easy to bypass just place drink order at different store on sunday night for Cash and never pick it up. Then order $1 domino at local store will show for next week to redeem. it worked on $5 beta tester deal and emergency pizza.

Yep … I had noticed that the code worked and appeared to show the discounted price of $1 … but no matter what you do, it won't let you actually place the order. I tried pay-ahead, pay-at-store, immediate order, advance order for tomorrow or 10/12, etc … no dice. It looks good all the way to the final checkout screen, but errors out when you hit the button to place the order. They definitely have some guardrails in place to keep the promo from being used incorrectly, but it's weird that it even shows the code appearing to work at checkout.
I'll go to my local store in person later and see if they can hook me up.
The funny part about this is each time anyone goes to the final checkout, their store tracker is going nuts. The in store employees are probably pissed.
