Generally good. But, like TCL, you can expect a screen failure after 3-5 years. So, the cost per year is good for what you get, specifically if you prefer Roku.

I have a 50 inch Hisense TV that's on probably 10 hours a day that's around 5 years old now. It still works great I do wish it had Roku tho it's a fire tv version that's a bit slow… It was from prime day 2022.

How does a 2026 model come with WiFi 5? That's some pretty ancient technology considering we've been on WiFi 7 for a few years now, and there were actually two versions (6, 6E) in between.

I bought a 65" TCL Class 5 Series in 2019. The back light completely went out two weeks ago. I bought a Hisense 55" Class H8G in 2020 and there are two 'brown' spots that appeared a few months ago. I expect it's the beginning of the back light failing. So yeah, you're not too far off.

If you want to know, I have a basic 50 inch Hisense Smart TV and a 55 inch Hisense RokuTV.

The basic 50 inch Hisense Smart TV was from Walmart Black Friday 2016. It still works great. I kept it as a backup tho.

The 55 inch Hisense RokuTV was from Walmart Black Friday 2018. It works OK, but it is very laggy. Come to find out, the Roku hardware is slow compared to some standalone hardware. It got so bad that I had to go back to the 50 inch Hisense.

My bedroom tv is a $180 Hisense roku 55" from a target Black Friday sale on 2019 and still fine. Main living room tv is a 65" hisense android it's on constantly and no issues either. The WiFi signal is terrible though but family members only use directly cable box connected. If I had the space and need I'd jump on these cheap tv deals lately. Maybe if a 65" $250 or less pops up on Black Friday
