Hard to say.Prices keep rising, slowing, rising, slowing. Micron announced they started a new fab plant awhile back, but it won't be built and staff won't be trained till 2028. This summer, a Chinese memory maker had an IPO and nearly instantly rose to become that countries largest cap company, but it didn't really affect purchase prices. If we look to similar products from the recent past, graphics cards went up in price during the crypto boom... supply became more readily available, but prices stayed up.So no, I think memory prices will be around this or higher near Thanksgiving this year.

For today's environment, this is a good deal. Lexar is a good brand, with better than average reliability.

Lexar has been owned by Shenzhen-based Longsys since 2017, and packages their own products and produces SSD controllers. SK Hynix and Samsung fabricate the NAND and chips, but Lexar/Longsys complete the product.

I hate to say $128 is a good deal for a 1TB microSD, but it is, today. The only lower alternative would be a used card on eBay, but you have to deal with possible counterfeit cards, and no warranty for used products.
