Not only are they tiny, they run like $1 per photo refill. These things have got to be more profitable than razor refills and printer ink. I was going to buy for my kids until I discovered how expensive the refills are.

You could buy photo paper for a dime each but then you'll either have to deal with a cheap inkjet with expensive/garbage cartridges or an expensive inkjet with cost efficient tanks. Both will clog.

You can generally get instax mini for around $.75/ea if you buy certain deals/bulk. They make wider formats, but the printers/prints are a bit more expensive. Having said that, instant film has never been a value proposition. Instax is cheaper than polaroid. This listing is a niche product for sure, but if the product isn't for you, you don't have to buy it.
