While they make good equipment, be quiet!'s customer service leaves something to be desired. I bought a PSU, and it was missing the GPU power cable. I requested a replacement, sent them the info they asked me for, and then I heard NOTHING back despite several inquiries. I wound up buying a new PSU. After I bought that, I received a package from them with the cables. While I appreciated them sending them what they promised, their communication isn't the greatest, and other people on Reddit have reported similar experiences.
