Lbs very muscular so my protein needs are sky high). The rest of my protein intake comes from real foods.
Can't go wrong with this brand. My doctor best friend and I love their organic whole food based multivitamins. I'd only worry about the slightly higher calories if you're on an ultra strict diet. You're talking 10-20 calories more per serving Than the best whey proteins.
I guess I'm only concerned about the extra calories. Seems like it would add up if this was my primary protein.
I agree the deal is great based on current protein prices though. I'd get the max of 6 tubs. How's the taste?

And once again. It's 20-30 calories over most of the best proteins like gold standard or ISO 100. At your height and weight and body fat you will be fine. Unless you are on an ultra strict cutting diet then maybe reconsider
