this is the lowest price that i have seen nice find. This fan works really well for me in the bedroom 4 ft away from my bed and the grey noise is great. Originally, I had it in my living room which is a larger room and it was useless.

We did the opposite -- tried it in the bedroom but didn't like the wind noise it created (almost like a whistling instead of a white noise) so we moved it to the living room where the ambient noise level is higher. Definitely a "try it before you commit to it" fan IMO.

135 bucks and it can't handle a living room? I got the Woozoo 360 Pedestal Fan at Costco when it was on sale earlier this summer. Even at its current price of 80 bucks, the fact you can take it down and turn it into a desktop fan AND back to a floor fan is awesome. I have one in my bedroom in the desktop fan configuration and have it on my end table pointing at me. I have another one in my living room in floor fan config so its much taller and blows on my back while I work at my desk. I feel like 2 of those is better than 1 of these. But I guess if bladeless is a must have...

For this price I'd probably go with a Dreo fan. This one looks nice but the Dreo blows way more air imo.

Looks like a non issue after all. Chinese government wanted more control but CEO said no and has been buying up shares and control. Communist government trying to strong arm industry tech leader. They arent going anywhere

I use to think blade-less were cool, and well, they still are, but once you start doing research on efficiency and noise there is just no comparison to a larger fan. A fan gets a step in efficiency going from AC to DC motors, and then they get more efficient as the blade size goes up. Like a lot more efficient, it's a huge difference. The 10' fan I added to my living room gives a gentle breeze all day and consumes between 3-5W. Now obviously a large ceiling fan isn't a solution for everyone or everything, but I enjoy just leaving the ceiling fan on low 24/7 in almost every room now to just prevent stagnant air and it's much more efficient that your central hvac running every hour or so just for fresh air. Would I still get a blade-less fan? Personally, not worth the costs over a regular stand fan IMO, but either can be justified if you want a portable solution or want something that looks slick, but you're mostly paying for looks.
