General lesson- get the cheap stuff it still works fine.
Engine work is often 3/8 but aluminum and small fasteners you may need less than 20ft-lb this one specs down to.
Bicycles and small engines you want a 1/4 that is scaled in IN-LB (not Foot Pounds) or N-M.
