I ordered the PathliteEmbarrassmentN 5 Large grey for $997 on 10/6. I thought this was a screaming deal. Now its 10 days later and I still haven't received it. Spent hours on the phone with Amazon and no one seems to know what's going on. Has anyone actually received a bike at these low prices? or had are having a similar experience?

My large grey arrived yesterday. The box had somewhat come apart and there is some marks on it that wipe off, and some paint scratches. Also, the front wheel was not aligned with the handlebars. I don't consider any of that a major problem, but I do wish it didn't have paint scratched. I'm going to reach out to them about it; although I'm not sure what to expect. Maybe they can send me touchup paint. I also ordered a small grey for my daughter. That arrived after only a couple days and the box was in good shape.
