Not by a long shot local to me. Costco and Sam's club local to me both 4.17 . 7/11 4.25 a gallon. Add in 50 cents off tomorrow 3.75 not to mention there are other discounts on the 7/11 app that all stack.

You can only use it once per day I found out, so don't fill up one vehicle and come back the same day for the other one. You have to come back on the 11th and then you can fill up a second vehicle. By the way my local Costco/Sams Club are $4.69 right now. The 7-11 closest to my house is 4.59 and I am getting 61c off of that price or $3.98. Also, if you have USbank Smart Rewards, I'm seeing a 10% cash back offer up to $15 total cash back. Also, not seeing anything for gas in the home depot pro xtra rewards by the way.

I signed up with the text code, followed the link from the text, but when I filled up and used my speedway card (linked to the same phone number) it did not take off the 50 cents...

In the app it's very easy to use price lock. You hit the price lock button it scans the local area 7/11 fuel prices and chooses the lowest one and makes fuel that price at your station.it will lock that price for 4 days. I did it yesterday and fuel actually went down since then a few cents. There's an unlock button and than re price lock. You should be able to see all the local 7/11 fuel prices in the app live under fuel.

For the speedway app, is there a way to tell the discount is applied before you use it. The app is hard to tell and I tried before and paid full price.

Click the Fuel tab in the bottom of the app, and on that page, you should see local store gas prices and any discounts your eligible for.

Heads up, most 7-11 near me are $3.99. While browsing other locations across my city, for whatever reason one 7-11 location is showing $3.59 in the App. After all my discounts, $3.04 per gallon.

I did a 4 day price-lock and will fill up this Sunday at this Locked price.

May consider this if a station is along your way.

Note: I just noticed that the locked price discount does apply at ALL other 7-11s. So if you lock the price 30 miles away, but use a local gas station (higher price), you'll still see more discount off than if you didn't lock. Not sure how they calculate this.
When I locked, the price dropped lower. So when I go into the app today...
  1. The locked station (9 miles away): $0.05 app savings
  2. My local station (3 miles away): $0.05 app savings + $0.07 locked savings (even though I didn't lock here). Still a higher price than the above station, but the extra $0.07 off per gallon makes me have to determine if it's worth it to drive to the other station (9 miles away).
