Rolls fine on carpet, but a bit hard on hardwood floors given the textured wheel. Last forever ...mine is easily 15 years old and surprisingly looks good as new

Ab rollers are a great tool, I use one every third day, but if you need me to tell you that you probably won't use it anyways.

If you hate doing ab work.... this changes nothing. However, this is a LESS hate worthy exercise that can work a great range of motion across your whole core, including lower back. I personally find this way easier than other ab isolation exercises.

oh boy. I have such a thing, but each time i tried it, i got something traumatized. sometimes its lower back, sometimes - something below the abs. I like this thing, but seems like if youre older, this wheel brings more danger, than favor.

And on your knees. If you start with full on anything, you're going to hurt yourself or at minimum make yourself unnecessarily sore.

Same here. Using the ab wheel is the only ab exercise that I feel soreness for 2 days. All the ab equipment at my gym only gets me sore for a day.

Buy something like this and blame neglecting this for your big fat stomach. This way you can keep overeating a sugar/flour/milk diet and focus the cause elsewhere. You can't exercise your way out of gluttony.
