They are not good shoes. Also, what's with the constant posting of specific sizes, and also why all resellers on Amazon these days? Horrible deal.

Both generally good shoes for walking and easy runs and differences are small. Which is better depends on your use case and preferences, the primary (but minor) differences are the heel drop, and firmness. These are softer with a 10mm drop and the ghost max are a little firmer with 6-7mm drop. Neither is great for speed workouts or racing when you need lighter and more responsive foams
