I got one free eventually from the Lark Health app. Free scale too. Just tell them youre prediabetic on the survey and keep using the app coaching until it offers the Fitbit. I misplaced my Fitbit though. I hope I didn't throw it out

Out of all screenless and minimal screen fitness watches. This is the best. Battery is min 7-10 days based on how much time you keep it connected to phone Bluetooth.
I keep Bluetooth on all the time with only phone and text message notifications on and gives me 8 days of battery after 1.5 years of use.
the accuracy of step count, heart rate, sleep tracking is almost perfect. never missed any workout as it auto detects.
