It's gen 1 so worse battery life and maybe worse mic, I loved the look of these at Best Buy but not sure if it's better to wait for a gen 2 sale (or just buy a mic setup and use headphones I have already)

I've been using one of these since 2019 and it's still going strong. Fantastic headset for multiple devices (PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, PC) and can even be plugged in to a 3.5 jack on controllers, retro devices, etc.

Seems like the only difference between Gen1 and Gen2 is battery life and available colors. According to reddit, you can upgrade the firmware to be comparible to Gen2. For half the price, I can charge them a few hours sooner. Thanks OP!
