It's a fun book but cliffnotes: eat veggies, don't eat red meat, don't smoke/drink, work out.

His books are informed guides. He writes like a physician-scientist who takes a huge stack of nutrition studies, extracts the findings he considers most meaningful, and turns them into a practical lifestyle program. Some people like to research studies themselves and some just listen to influencers. Whatever works for you.
$3 for this book is a steal.

Impossible to live by his recommendations. Zero fish, meat, dairy, salt, added oils or sugar. Zero processed food such as white rice, whole grains only. Consume vinegar and various other healthy spices that taste like sh*t. That is only a brief introduction.
