Purchased the 8MP/4K kit from Costco when it was on sale. Great camera quality so I can imagine these look even better.

I'm actually on the fence here. This seems like a really good deal, but I've seen a lot of comments online that these 12mp cameras are actually worse than the 8mp/4k ones because the frame rate is lower.

Costco was $650 for 8 cameras, I just looked it up and the 8MP are 20fps. These are listed at 20fps as well, the cameras are clear enough to see a license plate from at least 40 ft away. Try them out, worst case return them.
