Same boat as you. I am 200 lb / 5'10" / atheltic build / larger hips, and I normally wear a jean size 36-30 and a size large in sweatpants. In the past, I ordered "size large" in some shorts that had similar Asian sizing and they were too small. I ordered these in a size XL but have not received them yet. These reviews might help you -
  • "Sweatpants are super soft. I purchased large for my husband fit perfect he wears a size 34x32."
  • "Run small/slim. Not made for husky/curvy unless you size up 2."
  • Bought size large for my BF, he's 6'3 225lbs. He loves them, wears them all the time. They're thin sporty fabric, cut nicely and make his legs look great."
  • Amazon AI says - 'one customer said a Large was extremely tight on someone who is 5'10" and 180 lbs. If you typically wear a Large, consider going up to X-Large.'
  • Lots of other reviews generally say they run small. So I'd say at a minimum size XL. I did see a review that said they also run long, so the risk of a XXL might be too baggy and too long.
