I got mine from DirectTools for $30, but no battery was included.
You can get the kit for $65.99 there, which includes a 4.0 battery and charger. I'm not sure if the stores have any bonuses on these, like my bucket head included 3 bags instead of 1.
As for a review, it's not as powerful as corded bucket heads, but the convenience makes up for it. I still prefer my Craftsman corded one over this, but I use the Ryobi on job sites that a plugin (or even electricity) isnt available. It picks up sawdust (hole saw through desks/cubicles) and small drywall pieces/dust (cable runs) great.
If you dont want the battery, it's $35.99 right now.
Bottom line: Neither corded or cordless is as powerful as a regular shopvac. (Home/garage use). If you have a trailer or RV, I suggest the corded bucket heads for those. More powerful and still less hassle of a shopvac in a confined space. Picks up dried leaves stuck in carpet much better. Plus these heads dont take up that much space, and you can use the bucket to store/carry more items while traveling. If you go to job sites and the new building doesnt have electricity yet, or the user's desks plugins are all filled up, this Ryobi gets the job done.
Edit: I forgot to mention that this does work on Home Depot and Harbor Freight buckets. At first I tried it on a no-name 5 gallon white bucket, and it didnt fit correctly. But the bucket might have been warped, and it was an old bucket. So if you run into this, try a different/newer 5 gallon bucket.
