Urban Air is offering a free Unlimited Play ticket through KidHub, and the ticket can be used at participating parks for 45 days after it loads. The offer appears in the app under Explore, and the email or front counter check in can work if the ticket does not show up in KidHub. The main catches are that grippy socks still have to be purchased, and some accounts are seeing the ticket tied to a different location than expected. Some checkouts also still show $30 instead of the free ticket, so redemption may take a little troubleshooting.
The offer qualifies any registered KidHub account, including existing users and new signups.
The free Unlimited Play ticket can be used on any day at participating parks.
The ticket appears in the KidHub app under EXPLORE > URBAN AIR for redemption.
Redeeming may be possible by showing the Urban Air email at the front counter for a wristband.
The free ticket can load for an unexpected location far from the intended park.
Some accounts show $30 during checkout instead of applying a fully free unlimited play ticket.
Redeeming requires purchasing and using Urban Air grippy socks for both people.
Some users may need to check in at the park with their email address to use the ticket.
