Urban Air is offering a free Unlimited Play ticket through KidHub, and the ticket can be used at participating parks for 45 days after it loads. The offer appears in the app under Explore, and the email or front counter check in can work if the ticket does not show up in KidHub. The main catches are that grippy socks still have to be purchased, and some accounts are seeing the ticket tied to a different location than expected. Some checkouts also still show $30 instead of the free ticket, so redemption may take a little troubleshooting.

I'm not seeing that option - did you create a new account today or did you have a previously existing account?

Maybe I'm doing something wrong. I click on free play, but it still says it is $30 (both on an existing account as well as a new account). Any help?

I'm not sure I'd want to deal with taking 3 kids to another bounce place, even for free

The ticket is the free via this offer, I assume. And can we just use our own socks or they force you to use their for some reason?
you'll have to purchase/use their grippy socks.

Got my free tickets but it's for one 100 miles away instead of the closest one to me... can I use these at different Urban air location?

Same here, but mine is for one that is over 70 miles away when there's one that's 3 miles from my home.
