Perfect; just what I needed because my old Energizer headlamp is pretty beaten up. (Missing the rubber button topper for power; still works though). Extra bonus is the deal includes 4 Energizer Max batteries as well; thanks OP.

Are you referring to the red light mode? It's useful in locations where flying bugs are out of control and are attracted by white light. Red light mode help to avoid a face full of nighttime horrors swarming around your head laugh out loud

And that's why its "beaten up?"

I was wondering if 100L is just too weak. I would have liked this if it also had choice options for higher lumen as well.

Yeah, the missing rubber nub for the power button makes the light not water IPX4 resistant unfortunately. Still completely useable though; just not trustworthy outdoors regrettably.

Come to think of it , my "beaten" up version is adjustable and USB chargeable so perhaps this deal is not as great as I thought. Still, with four free Energizer Max batteries and my personal positive experience with Energizer products (Love the Auto-ON Flashlights [amazon.com]) I think the order is still worth keeping...
