Our community has rated this post as helpful. If you agree, why not thank

Unadvertised, but this will also take a 3.7V li-ion 10440 battery, for more lumens but shorter battery life.

Awesome little light with only 2 modes...low and high (that's all I want). I don't like using Morse code to operate a flashlight. 😁

You mean you don't want to have to click the button 10 times to reset your flashlight just to turn it off?!?

This light doesn't cycle like that, you don't click through the intensities until you reach Off. Instead, Off is one click when the light is On; you change intensity by holding the button.

This is a nice simple light but there is a newer version that "officially" takes 10440 batteries to allow for brighter light. I have both but just to use regular batteries. It's plenty bright for light use and very compact.

I've been carrying this model flashlight in my pocket for years. Good brightness and I don't cry when I inevitably lose it.

Do they have a rechargeable one? The leaky batteries sold today inevitably ruin everything.

That is the lack of a memory feature. Not the same thing. I refuse to buy any flashlight without that.

I refuse to buy any flashing with it. I don't need any flashlight to go into full techno derf-derf-derf house music mode when I just want to turn the damned thing off.

That is what having the memory does. It avoids all of that. It remembers where you had it and when you power on it starts there. Each press is a simple on/off unless you change the mode on purpose. Sorry this is not makling sense to you.

I prefer only single mode flashlight for dog walks - this is what I have https://a.co/d/0gds6bSh and it takes 3.7v Lithium AA battery as well. No gimmicks and no Morse codes, simple On/Off switch at the tail.
