They do ok. But they do have some swings. I worked at the call center for 5 years. They have a good warranty.

so this thing is 270$ at walmart right now. ill just hold off on it instead of jumping into a grill im not crazy about.

It's a pretty decent value and if you want to smoke some ribs, pork butt, or brisket, you could do worse. I have the older version of this and it does a good job. Worth the money.

Agree with this.

My temp swings are anywhere from 5 to 10 degrees depending on weather, but it hasn't ever been a super big problem or impacted the food turnout.

Iirc, it's a lifetime warranty on parts, but you have to do the installation of the part. Our igniter went bad, but they sent a new one really fast and it wasn't very hard to install.
