Why does this keep getting reposted.... The last deal is still LIVE and you even link it in your OP. This site is changing and it sucks.

Corelle plates are great. I recently upgraded. They are lightweight, dont feel like my cabinets are going to warp or fall off from my stoneware anymore. The nice thing to consider about the basic white is that they should be easy to replace as the design is "timeless". Should always be manufactured.

Does this break into million pieces? I just the type of set that would break into fewer pieces, thank you

Yep, these are the Prince Rupert's Drops of the dining world. Normally very strong, but when they break, they go big.

They do explode like the others said, but keep in mind that it is very difficult to break these. They really need to be slammed down to shatter.

IKEA sells similar Corelle-like plates and bowls for $1/each. Made in France too.

Amazon is charging me sales tax on the full amount before the coupon discount. Anyone else having this happen? I was going to buy the full 78 piece ($165 vs $330) and it did the same thing. I canceled that order but it was a difference between $15 and $30 in tax. For this bundle it's less but still a difference. What's going on?

I have both corelle and ikea plates. I bought the corelle plates in 2012 and in-laws have been giving me ikea plates and bowls occasionally between 2017 and 2024. Since owning both, I have had 1 corelle plate and 1 bowl break. I have had at least ikea 5 plates and ikea 4 bowls break.

YMMV but I have found Corelle way more robust over ikea.

Maybe it's just my set, but I bought a set direct from Corelle during a sale in 2023 during back Friday (large set with big and small plates, big and small bowls, and extra large bowls) and that vast majority of them have chips on the edges. Don't know if the quality changed or I got a bad batch but I'm a little less excited about these than I used to be

I didn't see it the first time. This deal was posted specifically for me. Sorry for your inconvenience.

These coupon deals are actually better than the 50% site wide sale at the Corelle website. That's amazing. And no $99 minimum for free shipping.

The Amazon 18 piece for $35 after coupon. The 12 piece on the Corelle site is $30 after 50% off. Same dishes. Way better deal!

You should have made a claim for damage during shipping. I have ordered from Corelle during their 50% sales and the dishes were always well packaged for shipping with no damage. If you ordered a variety of shapes and sizes they may not have been as well protected.
