Anybody know anything about this brand or this set? I've never heard of Suzume, but the price is right.

I bought it, I'm going to give them a shot. I have some car work to do this weekend and my current set was missing a bunch from both SAE and Metric. My Wife touches my stuff and it magically disappears.

I think that would be more expensive than replacing the lost wrenches.

These got delivered today. They feel solid and everything spins like it should. The problem is that the SAE set was USED!!!!
The bottom of the plastic that holds all the wrenches was all scratched up and 3 of the wrenches were scratched up so you can see the silver color exposed past the grey painting. The wrench that was extra scratched up, the flex head felt looser.

Tools that work, work. For anyone that is an average mechanic, homeowner or do it yourselfer I'm sure this set is more than enough. Have fun buying tools that perform the same dunction for 5x-10x the price. This is Slickdeals, not a tool forum.

Nobody uses SAE anymore so half of it is completely useless. At this point they should be throwing in a SAE set just out of compassion to the more backward regions of the world still using it along with "stones", "Fahrenheit" and so on.
The idea to put 12 point instead of 6 on a rotating ratcheting wrench is beyond dumb. I guess that's why those are discounted. It it were me, I'd just buy the longer handles with swivel heads, two sizes per wrench. But that's just me, what do I know.

Well, first of all, your little diatribe doesn't apply to the deal. Secondly, this "backward region" is the straw that stirs the drink. Although, I will concede that 12 point is just plain ridiculous. Most importantly though, is that you STFU and SMDB.

Hmm, I don't know exactly what smdb is but I was able to think of a phrase that fits.
