Looks almost identical to the Gooloo A3/A5 (for less than half the price), but no idea of the quality or durability.

A3 has a 12000 mah battery IIRC, while the A5 has 20000mah. However, cant find any info on duty cycle of the compressors, so not sure how long you can run either before they are supposed to rest.

I recently got a Gooloo - the documentation doesn't mention anything about the compressor duty cycle or how long you can run it continuously, but I just used mine today for over 20 minutes (aired up 4 completely flat tires to 32lbs. The compressor section of the unit felt warm and the base of the air hose was hot. I wouldn't want to run it much longer than that, but it's sufficient for most emergency use scenarios.

Which model? The a3 or a5?

I got the Gooloo A3. It's really plenty to jump most cars and air up tires. The extra battery capacity on the A5 is nice, but not necessary for most people. I paid the premium for the Gooloo since they are somewhat of a known brand and tend to last for several years. I've had issues with the batteries in no-name products either not having the advertised capacity or dying in a few months. This may be worth the gamble for some, but I don't want to find out that the battery is no good when I'm stranded in the middle of nowhere.
