These parchment liners are mainly valued for keeping air fryer baskets cleaner and making food easier to lift out, while still cooking and crisping normally for most foods. They are described as convenient for fries, wings, chicken, and other items, with little effect on airflow in many setups. The main caution is safety, since empty liners can lift into the heating element and catch fire, especially during preheating. Some flat foods may also crisp less evenly unless flipped or weighted down, so they work best when food holds them in place.
Air fryer cooks wanting easier cleanup, because the liners keep crumbs and grease contained while food still crisps normally.
People cooking fries, wings, bacon, or chicken, because the liners do not noticeably interfere with crisping or heat transfer.
Home cooks pulling out larger or flatter foods, because the liner makes scooping food out easier and can slide directly onto a plate.
People using flat patties or similar foods, because flipping halfway can prevent uneven cooking while the liner stays in place.
People who preheat an empty air fryer, because the liners can lift into the heating element and catch fire.
Anyone expecting a set-and-forget liner, because it needs food or another weight on top to stay down safely.
Cooks who want maximum browning on fries, because the liners can reduce crisping on some foods.
People who want to use liners without any handling adjustments, because flat foods may cook unevenly unless flipped or propped for airflow.

But Alexa on the site reports:
"Customers consistently report that food cooks and crisps normally when using these liners — including bacon, fries, wings, and chicken. The paper doesn't interfere with air circulation or heat transfer.
Customers specifically mention that crispy results compare well to cooking directly on the basket, making these great for getting the texture you want while keeping cleanup minimal."

Edit: For what's it worth both after reading both products descriptions they both say they are using silicone layers one just refers to it as silicon oil and the other silicone layer which are exactly the same thing so it's weird that one is listing the standard non-silicone temp rating and the other the standard silicone rating. Both have quite a few 1 star reviews for catching fire at lower temperatures but that's more the air fryer or users fault than the liners fault most of the time as some air fryers get hotspots that reach 50-100 degrees hotter than the rest of the area.
Also if you change the count to 250, 350, 500 etc the 500 count is like 4-5 cents per at only 10% off (20% with S&S) whereas the 125 count is 8 cents per at 40% off... So if you need a smaller amount it's not a bad deal but the larger amounts are all cheaper despite the lower discount on them.
I won't trust items made in China that touches my food directly, especially in high heat.
