Edit: For what's it worth both after reading both products descriptions they both say they are using silicone layers one just refers to it as silicon oil and the other silicone layer which are exactly the same thing so it's weird that one is listing the standard non-silicone temp rating and the other the standard silicone rating. Both have quite a few 1 star reviews for catching fire at lower temperatures but that's more the air fryer or users fault than the liners fault most of the time as some air fryers get hotspots that reach 50-100 degrees hotter than the rest of the area.
Also if you change the count to 250, 350, 500 etc the 500 count is like 4-5 cents per at only 10% off (20% with S&S) whereas the 125 count is 8 cents per at 40% off... So if you need a smaller amount it's not a bad deal but the larger amounts are all cheaper despite the lower discount on them.

These parchment air fryer liners are mainly about easier cleanup and cleaner food removal, while still cooking bacon, fries, wings, chicken, burgers, and pork tenderloin well. They help keep crumbs and grease from spreading, and the basket or pull out tray stays much easier to wash. The main cautions are airflow and fire risk, since empty liners can lift into the heating element and some greasy or wet foods may need extra holes or a flip to cook evenly. A practical helper for messier air fryer meals.
These liners can help replace tin foil while still letting food cook and crisp normally in an air fryer.
These liners can reduce crumbs and grease getting everywhere, which makes cleanup faster after cooking.
These liners can make it easier to remove food from the basket and keep the pull-out container cleaner.
These liners can still produce crispy results for many foods while limiting how often the air fryer bottom needs cleaning.
Empty liners can get sucked into the heating element and catch fire during air fryer use.
Some liners can catch fire and ignite oils on the bottom of the air fryer.
Liners can reduce crisping by blocking airflow and retaining oil, which can make fatty foods soggy.
Greasy or wet foods can trap liquid so the liner may not drain well and can require extra steps.

They seem to be careful not to show the back of the packaging or actually tell us where they are made so it is fair to assume CHINA.
EDIT: Some Google searches confirms the products are made in China and shipped to the USA for distribution.

I won't trust items made in China that touches my food directly, especially in high heat.

How I use them: Preheat the air fryer, take out the drawer, place the liner down, and place food to air fry on top of the liner. Make sure the food holds the liner in place. Then put the drawer back in the air fryer and cook at whatever temperature is needed. By following these steps the food keeps the liner in place and the air fryer fries the food.
I noticed some food doesn't crisp up as much (french fries, one example) when using the liner, but it's still worth using the liners as it saves a bunch of clean-up time. After you are done air frying, take the food off the liner then dump the liner in the trash. Most of the time no oil/grease escaped or soaked through the liner, and no time needs to be spent cleaning the air fryer tray/drawer.
I also use a silicone air fryer liner for certain foods, such as breaded chicken tenders or fish sticks. The raised ledges(?) at the bottom of the liner help elevate the food off the floor. I found it's best to flip the food midway through cooking. Even though the silicone liner is easier to clean than cooking without one and is microwaveable, it still needs cleaning. I use parchment liners for food that's harder to clean.
I tried using air fryer magnets, but they were way more trouble than they were worth.
You know... plenty of folks grew up eating food items cooked in China using Chinese utensils in high Chinese heat... and they turned out just fine 🤷
