I love my 34-inch LG and have used it happily for three years, but buyer beware Gamers Nexus and others have recently exposed LG for pushing spyware and on-screen ads through their monitor platforms. Think twice before spending $800 on a display that forces advertising onto your desk

Dpi is a bit low on the 45". I use it mainly for games so it doesn't bother me too much but if you value sharpness this probably isn't for you

To each their own, but I've tried all sorts of sizes and I think for a gaming monitor that is on your desk, and sits just a couple of feet or less from your face, 32" is the way to go. If it's 4k, high refresh, OLED, and slightly curved, even better.

This is only for screens that run LG's WebOS. This monitor does not run WebOS but the LG app that it ask to run for added functions on your PC I would not trust.

Regardless the practice is horrible but not singular to LG as I'm sure all manufactures are doing this to some extent as a revenue stream.
