maybe other Ceramic products have the same issue, but i got this one this summer but the non-stick coating only lasted like 1.5 months

no i did not. i read ceramic is generally less durable than traditional PTFE.. so if you are not crazy worry about PFAS stuff, I would go for PTFE. I used tfal jumbo (same size as this one) twice before and they both lasted more than a year
