the order does not match the description or photos, it arrived damaged or short within 15 days of receiving it, or it never arrived within the guaranteed delivery window shown on your order page. Items with the Free Return label can be returned without a reason within 15 calendar days of receipt, using a prepaid label paid for by the seller, but each buyer gets that label service only three times a month. If you change your mind, you pay the return shipping. Returns go to a warehouse for quality control, and the refund follows once the item passes; you can take it to your original payment method or to AliExpress fast refund bonus. Items must be unused and undamaged with original packaging.
Aliexpress is overall a great place to save $$$ on generic and Chinese brands.
The only issue I have heard of was some companies not honoring the warranty if through Ali but I am not sure if those were isolated instances of the Pocket 4P which is not sold in the USA and people purchased it through Ali to get it in the states. That could be an issue here too if the Mini 5 Pro is not sold in the US or US approved. I can't remember, I quit following the mini series after the 3 pro.
