The first time was when my Mercedes Sprinter had a dead battery. Even with the boost button activated, it wasn't powerful enough to jumpstart it. I figured it was a diesel engine, so I could understand that.
However, just last week, my friend's Toyota Prius had a dead battery, and I tried using it again. Even with the boost button, it couldn't jump start the Prius either.
At this point, I'm questioning how reliable this jump starter really is, especially when you need it most.
